Fix:
To fix this issue:
1. Right Click on Windows Task Bar > Properties. This will launch Windows Task Bar and Start MenuProperties as you can see below. Click on Start Menu Tab and Press the “Customize” Button.
2. This will open a Customize Start Menu Window as below. Click on “Advanced” tab and Check the option for “Search” as highlighted below.
3. Press OK, yes you are done
